5-Star Seafood in Istanbul
Trying to find the perfect prawns when you travel can be a high-stakes challenge. Never fear! We can help with that. This is the first of our favorite seafood restaurants in Istanbul. Be confident regardless of jet lag, these restaurants were tried in-person and tested by us.
The place: Balıkçı Abdullah
Take a complimentary (lovely) boat ride across the Bosphorus for good food, excellent service, and million dollar views. Locals and travelers both love this spot for special occasions, as entree prices start around ₺2,000 (around $50 USD as of writing this post).
Reserve your table ahead, let your waiter make recommendations, and when in doubt order the whole fish!
Getting there
You can catch a boat at the İstinye restaurant pier starting at 7 pm, or make your own way to the restaurant.
